FAQs

Who is The Dealer?

He’s not a lawyer or fancy suit with a precious title. He’s a master of stacking the cards back in your favour so to outsmart the system that was designed to stop you from ever winning a hand.

To enable him to have maximum impact, he prefers to remain anonymous but rest assured, if you contact him for help, you’ll be speaking to him directly.

What exactly does The Dealer do?

The Dealer will take on the financial battles you are struggling to win. Made a complaint about something but getting nowhere? Been subject to a scam that’s left you out of pocket? Struggling to get an insurance claim paid? Been overcharged for your utilities or banking, and finding it hard to get your money back? Whatever the issue, if it’s causing you stress and you are not sure of your next move, get in touch.

Does The Dealer take on every case he receives?

No. In some cases, he may just provide advice, or coach you on how to solve the issue for yourself. He’s not interested in profiting from your misfortune, he’s interested in beating the odds and getting what’s right. If it’s something you can solve without him, he’ll just point you in the right direction.

How much does The Dealer charge?

If he takes on your job, you’ll either pay a fixed fee or a win-based fee once it’s done. Fixed fees start at £100 and will depend on the work involved, so please ask for a personalised quote in advance. Win-based fees are calculated as 15% of the amount recovered, subject to a minimum of £100. There is no VAT or other hidden cost to factor in.
